   The three axes x, y and Z of the product are servo direct control semi closed-loop vertical structure. The three axes are high rigid rectangular guide
rails with large load, wide span and high precision. The sliding surface is pasted with plastic. The main shaft is driven by servo motor through
synchronous belt, which can realize one-time clamping of various disc, plate, shell, cam, mold and other complex parts, and can complete drilling,
milling, boring, expanding, reaming Rigid tapping and other processes are suitable for the production of multi variety, medium and small batch products,
and can meet the processing of complex and high-precision parts. The fourth rotating shaft can be selected to meet the processing requirements of special parts.

1, Main structural features
1. HT300 cast iron shall be used for main foundation parts such as base, sliding seat, workbench, column and spindle box; The substructure is
a box structure, and the compact and reasonable symmetrical reinforcement structure ensures the high rigidity, bending resistance and damping
performance of the foundation parts; The grid reinforcement inside the column effectively ensures the rigidity and accuracy of z-axis strong cutting;
The basic parts are molded with resin sand and aging treatment, which provides guarantee for the stability of long-term service performance of the machine tool.

2. X, y and Z direction guide rails are plastic pasted rectangular guide rails, which have the characteristics of high rigidity, low friction, low noise and
low temperature rise change. They cooperate with automatic forced lubrication to improve the precision and service life of the machine tool;

3. Z-direction counterweight is added for balance to ensure smooth and stable movement of headstock; The z-direction drive motor is equipped with
power loss braking device;

4. X, y and Z feed directions adopt high-precision and high-strength internal circulation double nut preloading large lead ball screw, with high feed speed;
The drive motor is directly connected with the lead screw through the elastic coupling, and the feed servo motor directly transmits the power to the
high-precision ball screw without back clearance to ensure the positioning accuracy and synchronization of the machine tool;

5. High speed, high precision and high rigidity spindle unit is adopted, with strong axial and radial bearing capacity, and the maximum speed can reach
8000rpm;;

6. The guide rail and lead screw in X, y and Z directions are equipped with protective devices to ensure the cleanness of the lead screw and guide rail
and the transmission, motion accuracy and service life of the machine tool;

7. The external protection of the machine tool adopts full protection structure design, which is easy to operate, safe and reliable, beautiful and generous;
8. Reliable centralized automatic lubrication device is adopted to automatically and intermittently lubricate each lubrication point of the machine tool
regularly and quantitatively, and the lubrication time can be adjusted according to the working conditions;

9. The machining center adopts 16 hats (standard) or 16 disc type tool magazine produced by professional manufacturers in Taiwan, with accurate tool
