1.Overview of the machine tool

CFK61100Q series simple CNC horizontal lathe can be used for rough machining and fine machining of mechanical parts, with simple and reliable structure, convenient operation, economy and practicality.

Complete machine:
Electromechanical integration design, automatic lubrication system of the whole machine. The structure is advanced, the layout is reasonable, safe and reliable, and the appearance is beautiful.

Bed:
CFK61100Q series simple CNC horizontal lathe is an integral lathe bed. The machine bed adopts box type double bridge casting structure, which has good rigidity. The material is high grade cast iron. The guide rail adopts medium frequency quenching process. The hardening layer is > 3mm, and the hardness is ≥ HRC48. The surface of the guide rail of the machine bed is ground by high-precision guide rail grinding, which has high precision and long service life.

Spindle:
The main shaft is made of 45 # steel by integral forging and punching. The main shaft is of three supporting structures, which has better rigidity and stability. The front end bearing of the spindle adopts domestic famous bearings, with the accuracy level reaching P4, high accuracy and long service life.

Spindle box:
The headstock of CFK61100Q series simple CNC horizontal lathe is an integral structure with good rigidity, large supporting force and strong stability. The gears in the spindle box are quenched with high frequency and grinded with stable transmission, low noise and not easy to be damaged. Forced lubrication is adopted inside the headstock to achieve better lubrication effect and increase the service life of bearings and gears. The noise of the whole machine shall be tested according to GB/T6769-1997 Measuring Method for Noise Sound Pressure Levels of Metal Cutting Lathes, and the sound pressure level of machine tool idling noise shall be ≤ 83dB. The headstock is lubricated by forced hydraulic oil, and the headstock gears and bearings are lubricated by a special machine oil pump. The front end of the spindle adopts a double sealed structure of labyrinth and slot, which can effectively prevent oil leakage and foreign objects from entering the spindle box. The spindle box is a gear transmission structure, which increases the torque of the spindle.

Bed saddle:
The dovetail guide rail of the bed saddle adopts the medium frequency quenching process. The hardened layer is > 3mm, and the hardness is ≥ HRC42. The guide rail is grinded by a dedicated guide rail grinder to make it more wear-resistant and easy to move. The sliding plate flat guide rail surface adopts the advanced guide rail pasting process, and the TSF soft belt pasting process. Because the TSF material contains self-lubricating elements, its sliding friction coefficient is relatively small, which greatly reduces the friction between the sliding plate and the bed saddle, and between the bed saddle and the bed guide rail surface.

Protection:
CFK61,100Q series simple CNC horizontal lathe of our company adopts double door and half protective structure.

Tool carrier:
The tool rest adopts the vertical four position electric tool rest of domestic famous brands, and the electric tool rest can also be selected according to the customer's requirements.

Move:
The X/Z axis of the machine adopts the ball screw pair produced by Nanjing process. The lead screw is made of high-quality steel and has been heat treated for many times to make it hard and wear-resistant, with accuracy up to P4, and has good motion accuracy and dynamic characteristics.

The X/Z axis motor adopts a wide range of SJT series AC servo motors with high power, stable operation, high torque inertia ratio and strong fast response capability.

System:
The standard configuration of this series of machine tools adopts the domestic GSK 980TDi system, which is based on the GSK Link industrial field bus. The standard configuration of the bus type servo drive unit and the servo motor of the multi turn 17 bit absolute encoder realizes 0.1 μ Level m position accuracy, servo parameter online configuration and mechanical zero return without stop. The maximum number of control axes is five, the maximum number of linkage axes is five, and the maximum machining pitch is 500mm. 8.4 inch true color LCD, minimum instruction 0.1 μ m. It has PLC ladder diagram online display, real-time monitoring, hand pulse test and cutting, and multiple time limited shutdown functions.
